Gnawty: Set the Bluetooth Product ID for official builds.
This is allocated under the Google Vendor ID, and will cause official builds
of this board to stop identifying via the Bluetooth Device ID specification
as usb:1D6B:0246:0504 ("Linux Foundation BlueZ 5.4") and instead
as bluetooth:00E0:2420:0400 ("Google Chromebook Gnawty 4.0").

TEST=Open crosh shell, run bt_console, than run the show command, than
verify that the Modalias value contains 2420.
