app-admin/fluent-bit: add more system logs
These new logs are sometimes useful for troubleshooting and are low
volume.
I've also considered adding:
- cloud-final.service
- cloud-init.service
- containerd.service
- pid 1
- sshd.service
but I was worried that those might increase logging volume higher than
what users might expect.
