virtual/chromeos-bsp: convert to new style virtual

The main tree has converted to a new style chromeos-bsp virtual.  This
causes portage to ignore the old style virtual/chromeos-bsp that some
boards are still using.  Convert to the new style to fix that.

TEST=`cbuildbot {daisy,stumpy,lumpy}-release` worked
