app-contatiners/containerd: remove 2.0.0rc2 ebuild
containerd 2.0 integration is postponed to the next COS milestone
so remove ebuilds in order to prevent accidental usage of newer version.
Files can be restored once the 2.0 is released during the next cos-dev
lifecycle.
